How to View the List of Activities Done in UPilot?

In UPilot CRM, you can view all your past activities in the Radar section. In the Radar, you can also sort the list of activities by selecting various users, type of activity, and time.

To Filter Activities by Users

If you would like to check the activities for a particular user or a group of users, you can do so with the below steps:

  1. Click on ‘Radar’ section
  2. Click on the ‘Choose User(s)’ option on the right side
  3. Select the particular users from the drop-down
  4. Click anywhere outside the selection box
Note: You can view your own past activities by selecting ‘My activity’ and past activities of your team by selecting ‘Team activity’ on the top-right of the Radar.
  • All the past activities of the selected users are now displayed in the Radar.

To Filter Activities by Time

To check all activities done in a specific time frame such as ‘Today’, ‘Yesterday’, etc. you can do so in the following manner:

  1. Click on Radar section.
  2. Select any of the Time on the right side such as Today, Yesterday, This Week etc.
  • All the activities done in UPilot in the specified time frame are now displayed in the Radar.

To Filter Activities by Type

If you are looking to filter the activities of only a particular type (Such as Emails, Notes added, etc) done, you can do the same in the following manner:

  1. Click on Radar section.
  2. Select any type such as contacts, deals, emails, tasks, notes, info etc. to view the list of activities of a particular type.

Note: You can also select multiple types at a time.  
 
  • All the past activities of the selected type are now displayed in the Radar.
Pro Tip: 
In Radar, You can easily search for a particular contact, deal, task, email, notes etc. by using the search option. For example, you can search for all the deals with a changed stage by searching for “stage”.
